The collateral was a Class B office 474,000 sq ft 18 story office building as well as 6 story parking garage. There was in place existing financing with a major life insurance company, which we negotiated a substantial reduction in the pre-payment penalty with and then obtained replacement financing for the ownership, which included a substantial amount for future improvements to the building.
