Ms. Job actually began her career in the restaurant business, working with hotels in sales and catering, where she gained her extensive knowledge. She was on the opening team of the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, Ariz., followed by 15 years with the Sheraton Seattle, ITT Sheraton and Starwood Hotels and Resorts. In her most recent capacity with Starwood, she was a Delphi trainer and the manager of support. A founding member of the ITT Sheraton Technology Board and Starwood's Sales Administration team, she provided the creation and implementation of Delphi and sales process standards for both organizations. She attributes her success to her ability to listen and adapt processes to clients' needs.

Ms. Job is a Certified Newmarket Systems Analyst, and also maintains an affiliation as the immediate past president of the Washington State Chapter of the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International. She also belongs to the Newmarket Consultancy Advisory Board, and is a preferred vendor of multiple hotel companies.
