The Middle East's Finest Real Estate Professionals Receive Rolls-Royce Sponsored Arabian Property Award

    DUBAI, UAE, January 08, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- In its quest to discover the best ESTATE AGENT in Arabia, the International Property Awards in London invited the finest real estate companies to present their businesses and detail the services offered. The judging committee chaired by three members of the House of Lords scrutinised hundreds of entries and PHILIP VERZUN from VERZUN won a HIGHLY COMMENDED Arabian Property Award for REAL ESTATE AGENT DUBAI.

A host of the Middle East's finest developers, architects, interior designers and real estate agents gathered in the Joharah Ballroom at the Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai on Thursday (December 4th). There, in the presence of the Earl of Caithness, chairman of the judges for development categories, the results of the Arabian Property Awards were announced.

Entries were received from companies in 12 countries across Arabia and winning entrants were presented with either a 'Highly Commended' or '5-Star' award. The 5-star winners were then re-judged to select just one from each of the 50 different categories to go forward to represent Arabia in the 2014-2015 International Property Awards.

They also competed against other regional winners from Africa, Europe, Canada, the Caribbean, USA, Central & South America, the UK and Asia Pacific to find the ultimate World's Best in each category. These international winners were also announced on the same evening, following the presentations of both the Arabian Property Awards and African Property Awards.
