MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA, January 31, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Game developer Playmation Studios has launched French Stagecraft January 29th, 2015. French Stagecraft is an iPhone/iPad app that turns language learning into a fun puzzle game that allows you to explore how words, pictures, sounds, actions, and grammar all fit together.

Designed by brother and sister team Jen and Justin Helms and currently available at the Apple App Store for $1.99, French Stagecraft comes with 4 puzzle sets and associated reading and listening comprehension challenges. Players can then upgrade to unlock more advanced puzzles.

French Stagecraft has three modes. The first is exploratory in which the player can freely explore how words, images, sounds, and grammar all fit together. The second is a reading comprehension challenge in which you are on the clock and are docked for incorrect sprites brought into the scene. The final is a listening challenge in which you have to solve each puzzle by listening to the target sentence only.

This is Playmation Studio's second release following after Spanish Stagecraft. The studio will be releasing English, Italian, and Chinese over the coming months.
