Flight Attendant Represented by Nichols Kaster, LLP Files Minimum Wage Lawsuit Against JetBlue Airlines Corporation

The complaint alleges that JetBlue failed to pay at least the minimum wage for all hours worked, especially for time before and after flights.

California law is clear. Employers must pay their employees for all hours worked. Employers cannot pay employees for part of their work day and then pay them nothing for the other hours in the day.
