Additionally, Mr. Wangsahardja is responsible for working with 70 people across the firm on a metrix basis, matching personnel with employers, and conducting interviews.

Mr. Wangsahardja was working in a consulting firm, which required him to interview and coach a lot of people. He was headhunted by Kelly Services many times and eventually accepted the job.
Well equipped to thrive in his field, Mr. Wangsahardja earned a master's degree in management and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. An avid networker, he is a member of Rotary International, and the National Association of Indonesian Engineering Consultants.
In the coming years, Mr. Wangsahardja plans to continue placing people in jobs and helping them build a better future.
