Mr. Luce has 23 years of experience in the industry and is currently the president of Planning Legacies Financial Group, a full-service financial planning organization that provides investment services and planning, as well as insurance, with an emphasis on assisting special needs for families with children and/or adults with physical or mental challenges. Now staffed with a team of 22 advisers, Mr. Luce's goals for the future include building the business to include more than 100 advisors. Further, Mr. Luce was recently inducted into Worldwide Registry and also maintains affiliation with the Society of Financial Professionals, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisers and the International Society of Registered Financial Consultants.

Outside of his professional career, Mr. Luce is dedicated to giving back to others by way of supporting the Autism Society of Illinois, the Illinois Chapter of the Autism Society of America, Autism Speaks and St. Xavier University.
