O'Connor Marketing: Entrepreneurship is Accessible at Any Age

There is a spotlight on young leaders and millennial entrepreneurs. Inspired by the success of a seven-year old minipreneur, O'Connor Marketing believe that there is no age limit to becoming an entrepreneur.

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA, May 02, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- At just seven years of age, Kylee Majkowski started her own company, Tomorrow's Lemonade Stand (TLS). Inspired by the interview with Kylee, published online by the Huffington Post, O'Connor Marketing conclude that there is no age limit to becoming an entrepreneur. "People generally underestimate what kids are capable of and this young lady is a fantastic example on how inspiring children's excitement can be for all of us," say O'Connor Marketing.

TLS is a community of young people who promote the spirit of entrepreneurship for children across America. It empowers them to become confident and self-reliant individuals at an early age. Kylee, now ten years old, sets a great example, encouraging her peers to be creative, embrace risk and find their passion.

"The question to ask is how did Kylee get the idea of becoming an entrepreneur," say O'Connor Marketing. "By finding out what triggered this passion, we may have a great starting point to develop a new generation of entrepreneurs." In fact, Kylee was inspired by an experience when she went to her mom's workplace when she thought: "Why aren't they teaching this in school?" Kylee learned a lot from her parents and started TLS in order to teach other kids to learn and understand entrepreneurship.

Looking forward, Kylee has big plans. TLS are currently building a curriculum in Brazil and Kylee will give a speech at The Liberty Forum. Her plan is to expand overseas in the coming years. O'Connor Marketing are impressed by Kylee's success and ambition and would like to see the Government offering more support for minipreneurs and start teaching about entrepreneurship at school. "Kylee is a fantastic example that if kids get in touch with entrepreneurship from an early age, they are more likely to run a business in the future. She was inspired and taught by her parents. Using this potential, this could have a very positive impact on our economy," say O'Connor Marketing.
