Joseph A. Gallo Recognized for Excellence with Induction into Worldwide Registry

    FLORHAM PARK, NJ, July 03, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Attorney Joseph A. Gallo, Partner of McGivney & Kluger, P.C., has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in litigation.

Mr. Gallo has 33 years of experience in all types of litigation and appellate practice. He is knowledgeable in general liability defense. As part of the McGivney & Kluger, P.C. team, he is responsible for practicing in the fields of asbestos litigation, construction and environmental law, and general liability, as well as insurance, labor and employment, municipal law and professional liability. Mr. Gallo has defended police departments and other law enforcement officials against wrongful death, false arrest and imprisonment, and excessive force claims. His collaborative work style and result-oriented strategies have assisted in the establishment of his success, as well as the success of his firm.

Mr. Gallo obtained a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1982, and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Rutgers University in 1978. He became a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court, an honor only granted to two percent of New Jersey attorneys. Recognized for his work in law, Mr. Gallo has recently been inducted into Worldwide Registry. Additionally, he is affiliated with the New Jersey Bar Association.

Mr. Gallo received a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating in 2014. In 2013, he was selected as a Top Lawyer in New Jersey and as one of New Jersey's Top Legal Minds in General Practice, Personal Injury and Product Liability in 2012. He was appointed to the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Jury Selection in Criminal and Civil Trials in 2009.
