Gail Calder Recognized by Worldwide Branding for Excellence in Commercial Real Estate

With more than three decades of experience in New Zealand's commercial real estate market, Gail has honed her skills in property valuation, portfolio management, the development and implementation of real estate strategies, project directorship, and the leadership of corporate business units. She has worked within a wide range of companies, including Z Energy, Bank of New Zealand, and Coles Myer. Gail now utilizes her experience and expertise in her current role with TwentyTwo. TwentyTwo is a specialist independent property adviser, working exclusively for tenants and owner-occupiers with office, retail and special purpose premises. TwentyTwo has been engaged by many of New Zealand's smartest organisations to maximise the opportunity and value from their property decisions.

As an Associate Partner and Auckland Manager, Gail has responsibility for growing the Auckland business and servicing Twenty Two's clients in the upper North Island. She is part of the Leadership Team which gives her the opportunity to contribute to the wider business and team. She also works with the Managing Partner to achieve strategic objectives for the business. Additionally, she assists the national team on major consultancy projects.

Gail's qualifications include a Diploma in Urban Valuation and an MBA from The University of Auckland. In addition to her work with TwentyTwo Independent Property Advisers, she has been a Director on the NZ Green Building Council Board since November 2012. She has received a number of formal honors in recognition of her professional excellence, including being recognised as the CoreNet Property Executive of the Year in 2012.
