DURHAM, NC, July 29, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Associated Asset Management (AAM) announced it has been awarded management contracts for a 650-unit active adult community by AV Homes and a 1000+ unit Trilogy active adult community by Shea Homes. The contracts involve providing community management and accounting services in Durham and Charlotte, NC. The latest assignment adds to AAM's existing portfolio of communities in the Southeast - including AV Homes' premier resort community Solivita in Kissimmee, FL.
