She possesses two decades of professional experience, during which time she has honed her skills in people management and quality assurance in system delivery. Ms. Benjamin's role with the National Bank of Canada entails managing a team of nine managers with a total staff of more than 100 employees. She oversees all quality and control structures for software and systems testing within the Bank of Canada, and introduces new methodologies, tools and skill sets. Ms. Benjamin also collaborates with internal partners concerning strategic influence and initiative deliveries. She brings to the enterprise a business vision toward quality and plans to align results with enterprise objectives. She has introduced strategic sourcing solutions, built automated testing solutions to support digital development and made the quality team a strong technology partner to the business.

Ms. Benjamin possesses long and strong experience in the technology industry, primarily in banking and financial institutions. She has advanced from development roles to senior management positions while acquiring strong skills in project management and quality assurance testing. Ms. Benjamin's experience includes managing technology development teams on Legacy and Web applications, delivering projects of several million dollars. She has also created a team of quality assurance specialists that is now recognized as an ISTQB platinum partner.

Ms. Benjamin is a senior manager and a professional who has received collegial and business training in management, leadership and Lean Six Sigma. She is also a certified Project Management Professional. She believes her success is a result of her ability to absorb new ideas quickly and transform them into action plans, as well as inspire her employees to give their best and work as a team force. Looking toward the future, Ms. Benjamin aims to work on an international level and export her skills to world established enterprises.
