Palmer, Executive Director of the Office of Diversity and Equity for Students at Gallaudet University, was recently named a VIP member of Worldwide Branding. This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieving personal and professional success.

Having lost his own hearing at the age of 18, Mr. Palmer provides exceptional personal and professional expertise in his position at Gallaudet University the world leader in liberal education and career development for deaf and hard-of-hearing students. Through his chosen field, Mr. Palmer has become adept in the areas of higher education programs and services, curriculum design and lecturing.
