Kelly M. Arias is Recognized for her Tenacious Legal Skills

    HOLLYWOOD, FL, September 22, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Arias Law Group, P.A. Partner Kelly M. Arias has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in personal injury protection.

With a decade of legal experience, Ms. Arias has served as the Managing Partner with Arias Law Group, P.A. for the past eight years. She primarily represents medical providers in personal injury protection matters against automobile insurance carriers, as well as medical providers in PPO and HMO contract disputes. Ms. Arias also offers legal representation to injured workers in cases against workers' compensation insurance carriers and in bodily injury suits.

Attributing her success to understanding the importance of teamwork, Ms. Arias fully believes that you will climb the professional ladder by giving to others, as you will receive 10 times as much in return. The highlight of her career thus far was her firm winning an immigration case in U.S. Supreme Court.

Due to an unwavering desire to do something intellectually challenging while helping others, Ms. Arias decided that the legal industry would be a natural fit for her. After earning a Bachelor of Arts from Francis Marion University, she received a JD from Nova Southeastern University with Pro Bono Honors. Since, she has remained passionate about her chosen vocation, still enjoying the idea of winning an argument from a logical and technical standpoint.

An AV Preeminent Attorney, Ms. Arias maintains affiliations with the workers' compensation division of The Florida Bar. She devotes her spare time to the Russell Education Foundation and serves on the board for Dragon Fly Darlings. She also owns a distribution company called FreshMix Beverage, which is set to launch soon.
