Chicago has been an annual stop since the tour began. AVP hosts tournaments with world-class athletes, who have won Olympic medals.
Everywhere Wireless, a Chicago-based Internet service provider, allowed AVP to live stream the event to thousands of viewers from Chicago's Oak Street Beach.

Everywhere Wireless also connected its network for the three-day, seven-stage annual North Coast Music Festival, which brought in thousands of music-lovers to Union Park in Chicago, located at the western border of Chicago's West Loop and Fulton Market District, both rapidly expanding neighorhoods. North Coast provides all genres of music including hip-hop, jam band, indie rock and electronic. The festival celebrates the merging of all music.
Everywhere Wireless provided its Internet connectivity for all of the musical performers' internal networking and bandwidth requirements.
