Back at the start of October the firm announced they were set to attend a number of key industry events throughout the US with a small group of their top performing representatives. The trip, which saw the firm travel to Miami and New York was focused not only on strengthening existing business relationships and discussing new strategies; it was also a key opportunity to support the continuous professional development of their most talented representatives.
As well as these important travel commitments, Zengo & Co have also maintained a strong hold on the Chicago market throughout the last few months. With Q4 being such a busy period for Zengo & Co, the firm were excited to have recently attended an industry organized R&R trip to the Dominican Republic. Staying in the stunning beach resort of Punta Cana, the R&R saw leading business owners from the US, UK and Australia come together for a week of relaxation and networking. With over 50 miles of sandy beaches and home to some of the Caribbean's most historic cities, Punta Cana offered Zengo & Co the perfect getaway where they were able to soak up the local culture and take a breather from the bustling metropolis of Chicago.
The time away from the business allowed Zengo & Co a fantastic opportunity to build new connections with the other attendees and discuss business in a neutral, pressure-free environment. With business owners from across the world invited to the R&R, Zengo & Co were able to gain real insights into how the industry operates in all corners of the world and adopt and create new strategies which could boost their own performance in the U.S.
