BETHESDA, MD, December 11, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Forrester predicts that 2016 will be the age of the customer, stating that in 2015, customer experience rose to the number one priority for business and technology leaders and in 2016, it will be among the top 10 critical success factors. As the world's first end-to-end mobile solutions provider, DMI today announced the availability of an app to enhance the user experience in the art community. The Art Basel mobile app puts the world's finest art at users' fingertips by providing essential information about three international art fairs, including its Miami Beach show that took place last week.
