Eric C. Boughman is a commercial litigation attorney whose practice encompasses a wide range of business disputes, corporate governance matters, real estate issues, and asset protection. He has represented clients ranging from multinational corporations to local business owners in all phases of the legal dispute process, including mediation, arbitration, administrative tax and licensing proceedings, trials, and appeals. Mr. Boughman has been admitted to practice law in Florida and Nevada, as well as in the U.S. Tax Court, and pro hac vice for particular matters in Illinois and Tennessee. Teresa Phillips is an attorney with Forster Boughman & Lefkowitz, where her practice focuses on probate and trust administration, probate and trust litigation, and general commercial disputes. She has spent her entire legal career representing businesses, governmental agencies, fiduciaries, insurers, and even a local sports team in various litigation matters. Ms. Phillips also has the distinction of being one of the few attorneys in the Orlando area who routinely represents clients in both probate/trust administration and probate/trust litigation, giving her a unique perspective in this field. She earned her B.A. degree in social sciences and education from Florida State University and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law.
