The new website launch also cements a larger strategic partnership between LeaseLabs, one of the most recognizable names in apartment website design and marketing, and Lincoln Property Company, the second largest multifamily company in the United States.
"I knew from their initial presentation that it was going to be a great start to a long-standing partnership," said Sheri Killingsworth, Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Lincoln Property Company. "We were tasked with looking for the perfect design agency to work with, and I've always wanted to work with LeaseLabs."
The site itself is a corporate website that showcases Lincoln Property Company's mission and vision alongside a portfolio representing the their entire management portfolio. The site leverages a responsive design, and includes a subtle parallax effect as users scroll over a video; however, in addition to strides in design, the site really breaks the mold in both branding and user experience.
Updating the Lincoln brand from their previous site, LeaseLabs chose active, striking typefaces that would have an appeal to motion and be friendly to emerging millennial markets. The idea was to reposition Lincoln Property Company as an approachable brand that remains grounded to the roots that helped grow their success, yet flexible and modern enough to embrace new technology and cutting edge design. In addition to using visual branding to help nod to modernism, the technology implemented also helps to push a contemporary user experience with the look and feel of something far beyond just a property website.
Leveraging Google Maps for Work integration, users can browse through apartments using city, state, zip, address, or even neighborhood. Similarly, this ability to search within the site, and navigate through different properties and amenities has the look and feel of an ILS provider. Each apartment community still comes complete with its own microsite hosted on the corporate domain, and the option for users to save properties to a 'favorites' section, introducing prospective residents to a more transactional website, and a more comfortable way to earmark favorite units or potential choices.
