Kimberly Hogendoorn will be featured in the upcoming edition of the Women of Distinction Magazine in 2016.

TORONTO, ON, February 20, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Kimberly Hogendoorn, Senior Talent Manager at Mosaic Sales Solutions, has been recognized as a Distinguished Professional in her field through Women of Distinction Magazine. Kimberly Hogendoorn will be featured in the upcoming edition of the Women of Distinction Magazine in 2016.

Attending the University of Guelph Humber to earn her Bachelor's in Media Communications, Kimberly Hogendoorn landed a part-time position with Mosaic Sales Solutions as a Brand Ambassador. After graduating in 2006, she was afforded the opportunity to begin her career there full-time, first as an Account Coordinator, then Employment Brand Manager, then Field Marketing Manager, Recruiter, National Recruitment Manager, and now as their Senior Talent Manager.

"I fell in love with Mosaic the first day I started here. It's such a friendly company and our culture is strong. But working in recruitment is not for the faint of heart; you must be incredibly self-motivated and comfortable with rejection," Ms. Hogendoorn said about her most recent role. "You must be part salesperson, part marketer, and part matchmaker."

Over the last 13 years, Ms. Hogendoorn has learned a lot about the business. As a Senior Talent Manager, she leads the company's Canadian field recruitment team, a team that is committed to delivering exceptional talent and creating memorable candidate experiences, while breathing their founding recruitment philosophy of offering their clients the best possible service, selection, quality, and value. Collaborating and partnering with the business, they are fast and efficient solution providers that are committed to the highest of standards.

Active on LinkedIn, Ms. Hogendoorn enjoys publishing her own posts related to recruitment and best practices for the workplace. In 2016 she plans to volunteer as a Big Sister with the Big Sisters of Toronto and travel to Bolivia with Hands Across the Nations, a charitable organization that works to make a positive impact on social and economical conditions in the developing world.

Ms. Hogendoorn earned a Bachelor's in Media Communications and an Applied Diploma in Journalism from the University of Guelph Humber in 2006.
