As the vice president of operations, he is responsible for implementing innovative programs to increase entertainer loyalty and reduce turnovers. The company is an entertainment venue that offers food and beverages, event planning services, and entertainment. Mr. Finnell attributes his success to truly loving his profession. He became involved in this profession while he was in college when he was a disc jockey. From being a DJ, he learned how to generate revenue by paying close attention to his audience. He received a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from San Diego State University. He is also Serve Safe Certified.

A member of the National Association of Music and Entertainers, Mr. Finnell has received multiple awards for his dedication to the industry. He is the recipient of a Revenue-Generating Award for Most Increased Revenue in the Beverage Department, a Customer Service Award from the Chamber of Commerce, and a Number One in the State Recognition for the Best Live Music and Entertainment.
