Healer.com Releases First Website Focusing On Optimal Cannabis Dosing And Medical Cannabis Education

The first medical cannabis website to focus on teaching patients, health providers and cannabis professionals optimal cannabis dosing was officially launched today. Healer.com provides access to medical cannabis best practices

FAIMOUTH, ME, March 24, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The first medical cannabis website to focus on teaching patients, health providers and cannabis professionals optimal cannabis dosing was officially launched today.

Healer.com provides access to medical cannabis best practices with step-by-step courses developed by Dr. Dustin Sulak, regarded as one of the world's leading practicing experts on the clinical applications of medical cannabis.

It shows how to best use cannabis to find an optimal dosage, use less cannabis to find better results, learn how to use cannabis without getting high (if desired), and teaches how to become more sensitive to cannabis to prevent tolerance from overuse. It also demonstrates and explains unique ways to achieve better health and how to maximize the benefits of medical cannabis, by learning how to incorporate the right foods and simple wellness activities into one's day-to-day life.

"We created Healer.com in response to the biggest challenges that our 16 medical providers and 18,000 patients at Integr8 Health have faced in this emerging field of cannabinoid medicine. Healer educates medical cannabis users on how to best use cannabis to achieve optimal therapeutic results. The website creates a positive and supportive community of like-minded medical cannabis users who want to achieve better health. Healer's goal is to be the transparent, trusted source of cannabis information and research - a respected authority on its safe and smart use."

Healer.com's educational programs, including videos, worksheets and references to scientific articles, reveal Dr. Sulak's observational findings from having successfully helped over 18,000 patients find relief from chronic pain, anxiety, spasticity and other health challenges.

"The major challenge we face is that no medical provider, including myself, can tell a person what their optimal dosage of cannabis is or should be. Each person must find their own optimal dosage by following a methodology that will successfully guide them and ensure they have a positive experience with cannabis" says Dr. Dustin Sulak.

Healer.com has two components; a general free access section and a paid subscription component for people who want to explore cannabis usage more deeply through step-by-step courses. Fifty percent of subscription proceeds over the next three months will go to the non-profit arm of United Patients Group (UPG), an online resource for information and education for patients and healthcare providers, which plans to use the funds to support its upcoming healthcare education conference being held on May 21st and 22nd at Dominican University in San Rafael, California, as well as its wider educational efforts. Dr. Sulak is a board member of United Patients Group and will be a featured speaker at the May 2016 conference.

Dr. Sulak says as he believes in sharing knowledge and supporting educational nonprofit organizations that work to promote better health for all, Healer.com's partnership with UPG is a perfect fit.

John Malanca, founder of United Patients Group said "We are thrilled to be the first nonprofit to help launch this important program with our long-time, esteemed colleague, Dr. Sulak. With our collective vision being to bring the most comprehensive and reliable information on medical cannabis to the patient and caregiver population, Healer.com is a natural fit with our mission and goals."

The other half of Healer.com subscription proceeds will fund the site's continually updating content and medical cannabis research.

"We will continue to add more educational information and the latest research, as we endeavor to restore cannabis to its proper place and mainstream acceptance as the therapeutic medicine it is," said Sulak.

As well as being a comprehensive educational source on medical cannabis, Healer.com has an extensive wellness section which includes easy, fun, and short wellness activities to incorporate into daily routines. The food and supplement guide highlights ways to prime the endocannabinoid system, increase one's sensitivity to cannabis, and improve overall health.

"We believe that by teaching one how to relax, feel good, and take control of their health, cannabis can be a gateway to health, and can enhance the benefits of other health promoting strategies. Healer's mission is to empower people to live life to its fullest in great health."
