Elizabeth Kinsella Named Program Director for Thrive Autism Solutions St. Louis

Kinsella will develop and supervise Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children and young adults with Autism.



    ST. LOUIS, MO, April 28, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Thrive Autism Solutions announces Elizabeth Kinsella, MSW, BCBA, LBA, has been named Program Director for its St. Louis facility. Her duties include developing and supervising Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children with Autism, ranging from 0 through 21 years.

Kinsella will supervise Thrive's St. Louis team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA), and Behavior Technicians, who deliver the intensive behavioral therapy to children. Kinsella will also supervise practicum students pursuing their BCBA and BCaBA certification and is responsible for managerial tasks such as hiring employees, monitoring employee training compliance, and approving payroll.

Kinsella's background includes some 10 years of experience working with individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities. She previously served as the Program Coordinator of Easter Seals Midwest's ABA Program in St. Louis and worked in an Autism classroom with the St. Louis Special School District.

A graduate of the George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University with a Master in Social Work, she earned a Bachelor of Art in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame, and received her Board Certified Behavioral Analyst training from the Florida Institute of Technology
