Mr. Brown received a master's degree in criminal justice in 1978, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in vocational education, with a minor in psychology in 1962. He maintains affiliation with the Maryland Retired School Personnel Association, The American Legion, the Association of the United States Army, VFW, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., and the Military Order of the World Wars. He is a 23-time recipient of the Air Medal, a three-time recipient of the Bronze Star Medal, and a two-time recipient of the Distinguished Flying Cross. He has also received a Master Aviator Badge, a Meritorious Service Medal and a Purple Heart. In years to come, Mr. Brown hopes to expand the company and build a playground for the children in his hometown.
