Chornobyl360 -- Interactive Virtual Reality Documentary

    AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS, May 13, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- One nuclear accident that is said to be the worst in the history of mankind, Chornobyl disaster whichoccurred on 26th April, 1986, at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant in the town of Pripyat, in Ukraine.

This project Chornobyl360 is an access and a film that is based on the most restricted locations of Chornobyl Exclusion Zone known as the true "wasteland" of today. This is a unique opportunity to record the aftermath results of human pride and ambitions going wrong. These people are making it possible for others to experience the destruction held due to Chornobyl disaster, to make a global awareness, and to draw the attention to the future of Exclusion Zone and sites like it. The aim is to make people to understand that it is not a game.

Although, there are a lot of documentaries and movies based on this Chornobyl disaster but according to this project, the difference is that this project is showcasing the true face of the disaster which is starting with local employees who are making it safer and ending up with those inhabitants who are calling it "home".

The team does it with help of360-degree virtual reality shooting technology that allows the viewer with an unprecedented interactivity and decision making on what to see and where to explore next.
