Veteran Owned Construction Company Completes Federal Contracts, Sponsors Charity Event

Hamilton Pacific Chamberlain Completes Contracts On Schedule, Works With AGC To Support Fisher House Foundation



    WASHINGTON, DC, May 28, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Hamilton Pacific Chamberlain (HPC), a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Waldorf, Maryland has announced today its completion of two large government contracts. On May 3, 2016, the company completed a road quality contract for the Army Corps of Engineers at the Adelphi Army Facilities in Adelphi, Maryland. The contract, valued at more than $800,000, was comprised of various road renovations including fresh pavement. This is one of Hamilton Pacific Chamberlain's many paving contracts over the past 18 months.

On Monday, May 16, HPC announced the near completion of another California contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs, which is compiled of many security system updates. These updates include the installation of new security software, the updating of video surveillance systems, the replacement of outdated keypad access systems, and new panic alarms in patient waiting areas. Also included in the contract are non-security measures such as the updating of lead door hardware in the Oncology department. The project is scheduled to close this weekend. Of their recent completions, HPC's President and retired Navy, Griffin Hamilton, said, "Completing our jobs with swift comfort, ease, and safety is one of our main goals.This will help our veterans and who care for them to really give and receive quality care." These completions mark a great success of Hamilton Pacific Chamberlain, who garnered multiple government contracts just last month.

On May 11, Hamilton Pacific Chamberlain sponsored and competed in a charity golf tournament through the Maryland Associated General Contractors, winning third place. The event, held at Greystone Golf Course in White Hall, MD, was comprised of an 18 hole course and 19 competing companies and supported the Fisher House Foundation which provides housing and economic support for families of disabled veterans whilst receiving medical care. The representative for Hamilton Pacific Chamberlain was Griffin Hamilton, President.
