Topic Proposals and Speaker Recommendations Sought for Annual International WorkBoat Show Conference

The International WorkBoat Show Conference, which is a part of the North America's largest commercial marine trade show, is accepting topic proposals and speaker recommendations through June 3. The Show is set for New Orleans from Nov. 30 - Dec. 2.



Through keynote addresses and panel discussions, this conference will help marine business leaders stay abreast of the latest industry trends and regulatory issues.

    NEW ORLEANS, LA, May 31, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Topic proposals and speaker recommendations are being sought for the annual WorkBoat Show Conference Program which will take place during the 2016 International WorkBoat Show in New Orleans, Nov. 30 - Dec 2. The deadline to submit proposals is June 3.

"We're looking for proposed topics and speakers as well as current challenges and opportunities to make this conference program valuable and comprehensive to the industry," said Kate-Lyn Knight, WorkBoat's conference content coordinator. The conference program is part of the WorkBoat Professional Series. "Through keynote addresses and panel discussions, this conference will help marine business leaders stay abreast of the latest industry trends and regulatory issues."

This year's WorkBoat Professional Series will feature tiered programming that focuses on moving the industry forward. It will feature the following tiers:

- Business Management
- Professional Leadership
- Legal and Regulatory Issues
- Marine Safety and Security
- Vessel Construction and Repair
- Owner/Operator Issues

WorkBoat does not include sales or promotional sessions in its conference program. Those wishing to promote products or services should refrain from submitting proposals.
