He has grown the F&B department from 5 to 13 restaurants over the last 7 years. This unit growth has been along with individual restaurant growth of 10 to 15% annual and now exceeds 14 million in annual sales over 8 months of resort operations.

Stephen Roth's culinary career has come full circle back to Colorado, from when he started working as a line cook at the Buffalo Bar & Grill in Idaho Springs. A true hospitality professional, Chef Roth has worked his way up through a variety of positions at large and small culinary establishments ranging from the Emerson Fish Truck in New Jersey to the acclaimed Allred's Restaurant at Telluride Ski Resort.

In addition to his executive career, Chef Roth loves devoting some of his free time to charitable work. Every year for the past three, he has cooked and presented dishes for the Montrose Wine Fest, which raises money for local kids in need. He has been involved with the American Heart Association's Denver Ball and Auction for the past 2 years as well as Telluride's One to One foundation. He also sits as president of 2 HOAs and a promotional association that he helped found to promote local businesses with common consumption areas. He is also quite comfortable in front of a camera, having performed culinary demonstrations for audiences up to 150 in New York as well as a promotional appearance on Good Day Dallas several years ago.

Stephen Roth graduated with Honors from the International Culinary Center (formerly known as the French Culinary Institute) in September of 2003.
