    SEATTLE, WA, August 09, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- In a climate where businesses complain that their phone answering service is not promptly delivering their messages, Answering Specialists, Inc. (ASI) performed a review of its own message delivery practices.

ASI offers to clients five different methods whereby they can receive their messages: email, text, alpha page, fax, and delivery over the phone. The first four methods are included in the service at no extra cost and are part of the automated delivery system. The automated delivery system incorporates pre-programmed features that result in having the message the operator takes to be immediately sent out without any delay. The fifth option, delivery over the phone, has two methods. The operator can call the client immediately after hanging up with the client's customer and deliver the message over the phone. Or, the client can call in and ask the operator to read all the messages that have come in for the day. With emergency calls a customized escalation procedure can be followed. For example, the operator, if unable to reach the client, can repeatedly call the client every three minutes for fifteen minutes. This would be five tries in 15 minutes. If still not able to reach the client, a secondary number is made available for the operator to call.
