Industry Leaders to Discuss Critical Maritime Issues at International WorkBoat Show in New Orleans

With tiered programming focusing on technical training, regulatory updates, business practices, and emerging issues, the International WorkBoat Show Conference, Nov. 30 - Dec. 2, offers maritime leaders the opportunity to address industry issues.



This year, we will present another strong and comprehensive conference program that will help keep marine businesses apprised of the latest industry developments.

    NEW ORLEANS, LA, September 15, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Industry leaders will speak at 21 diverse sessions on current rules and regulations, technology and issues that affect the commercial marine industry at this year's International WorkBoat Show Conference program that begins on Nov. 30 in New Orleans.

"Through the keynote address and panel discussions, this year we will present another strong and comprehensive conference program that will help keep marine businesses apprised of the latest industry developments," said David Krapf, editor in chief of WorkBoat magazine.

This year's keynote speakers are Jocko Willink and Leif Babin, highly decorated former Navy SEALs and New York Times best-selling authors, who will discuss team and leadership development. "The pair are well experienced in building, training and leading high-performance teams," said Krapf. "In their talk, the two will provide practical tips aimed at helping your team and company operate at the highest level possible." The keynote address will take place from 3 p.m. - 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 30.

Registration is now open for the International WorkBoat Show, North America's largest commercial marine trade show and conference. The 37th edition of the show will be held at the Morial Convention Center in New Orleans from Wednesday, Nov. 30, through Friday, Dec. 2.
