Jovenville Successfully Rebrands Hotel Angeleno

Agency Re-Vamps Independent LA Hotel

    NEWPORT BEACH, CA, September 29, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- -- Jovenville, LLC, an award-winning advertising agency, was responsible for the discovery, design, development and delivery of a complete rebranding for Hotel Angeleno, a 209-room, independent boutique hotel in Los Angeles, California.

Hotel Angeleno enlisted in the services of Jovenville to refresh their brand and reposition to reach out to a fresh, new, younger audience. The goal of the rebranding was to focus on personalization and the individualism of both the customer, and the hotel itself. The hotel targets corporate travelers and tourists, and wanted these individuals to experience a more personalized stay. This fresh new image was achieved with a large variety of deliverables, including business cards, banners, signs, sales kits, new logos, key cards, key card packets, uniforms, "Do Not Disturb" signs, logos for hotel vans, PowerPoint templates, coasters, and parking lot banners.

Jovenville executed this campaign by identifying the hotel's mission, developing textures and patterns on the brand promise, creating business cards that fit with current collateral, figuring out how to express who the hotel is as a brand, and finally, creating an overall evolution for the hotel. The successful campaign was completed in 2016. Jovenville focused a significant amount of attention on "Skip The Tip," a program that eliminates all tipping at the hotel - including restaurants, maids, and bell hops.

Working with Jovenville and the creative team was a refreshing exercise in that the Jovenville team was able to connect with the vision immediately and deliver a myriad of fresh designs and concepts as it related to all touchpoints of the hotel. The re-design of the hotel logo, its brand colors, and also the creation of its "We are NOT Square" tagline have elevated the brand and brought the contemporary, clean and vibrant look we were looking for. Brand identity, DND signage, Key system, and sales kits are all part of the comprehensive work Jovenville has provided for Hotel Angeleno.
