Over the course of Marilyn Keeton's 30-plus year career as a Certified Graphologist and Handwriting Analyst, she has mastered the technique of learning about her clients' strengths, weaknesses, goals, and motivations. Having studied with the world renowned Graphologist Felix Klein in New York City beginning in 1987, she says that handwriting is a "fascinating tool that instantly records feelings, mood swings, even physical highs and lows".

As the Owner of Northern CA Handwriting Analysis, Keeton has, to date, conducted more than 35,000 analyses for clients. She presents for various organizations on the topic, conducts personal analysis for resumes, drug screenings for doctors and employers who wish to know his/her employees better, personnel screenings to help employers learn, sooner than later, about those they hire, assists clients with job employment/placement based on their capabilities, likes and dislikes, particularly those just exiting high school, works with teachers when it comes to detecting violence or suicidal tenancies, and works with banks are seeking to detect fraudulent signatures. She's even been active for various court proceedings for contested wills.

Specializing in Personnel Selection for Employees (detecting characteristics of employees), Education (detecting dyslexia, doing drug screenings, recognizing depression, rage, anger, and suicidal tenancies), Psychological Evaluation (a human psyche technique), Personal Analysis (personal qualities about you or someone else), and Genealogical Analysis (connecting to one's ancestry), Keeton dissects hundreds of indicators, including slant, pressure, space, form, and others to accurately analyze a person's handwriting.

"If you want to know more about yourself or someone else, just ask a Graphologist," Keeton said. "Your handwriting will tell. Handwriting is a reflection of who you are. What we write is not as important as how we write it."

Keeton currently serves as Director of Accreditation for American Association of Handwriting Analysis, an international organization. Previously, she taught a 12-week course in Handwriting Analysis for the Novice. Noting that the need for this particular specialty is great, Keeton has secured a wonderful career in the profession and enjoys the variety it has to offer. It is a field that never gets boring.

A writer of fiction, Keeton has authored three books to date: 'Quest for Forgiveness', 'A Compilation of Shorts' and 'A Compilation of Shorts, Vol. 2'. She also has a fourth due out in October 2016, 'Four Novellas'.
