Women of Distinction Magazine Selects Linzi Levinson, MA, CRS, DAPA, as a Distinguished Professional in Her Field

Linzi Levinson will be featured in an upcoming edition of the Women of Distinction Magazine in 2016.

DUBLIN, CA, October 10, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Linzi Levinson, MA, CRS, DAPA, Globally Syndicated Radio Host and Owner and Founder of Quality for Life Coaching, has been recognized as a Distinguished Professional in her field through Women of Distinction Magazine. Linzi Levinson will be featured in an upcoming edition of the Women of Distinction Magazine in 2016.

After spending several successful years working in high-level executive management roles and absolutely loving her career, Linzi Levinson was struck with tragedy in her life, not once, not twice, but three times. Falling into a deep depression, her work and personal life suffered dearly. After a lot of soul searching, she finally made the decision to go back to school to become a therapist. Levinson earned her MA in Counseling Psychology with a Specialization in Transpersonal Psychology at John F. Kennedy University in 2007. Starting in 2006, she established and grew a private practice clientele as MFTI, working as a Psychotherapist earning internship hours. She even earned 5,000 hours, which is 2,000 additional hours beyond the California state requirement.

Through her journey, Levinson simultaneously started a Life/Relationship/Executive Coaching practice in 2007. It was within this practice of coaching that she realized she much preferred action-oriented strategy built in a very customized way for each client. It was just as valuable as therapy, but delivered in a far more positive way. Different from therapy, a Coach can absolutely collaborate ideas and contribute advice.

Today, Levinson is the proud Owner and Founder of Quality for Life Coaching, where she offers online and local life coaching and relationship counseling services to clients and specializes in relationships, estranged family or conflicted issues, stress, sexuality, LGBTQ, careers, transitions in life, career politics and pain, unforeseen transitions, anxiety, self-esteem, and personal mediation. She has tremendous expertise in pre-present-post divorce issues and co-parenting, and is certified in Conflict Resolution and Meditation through Pepperdine School of Law. She authored a chapter specific to divorce in a Mastermind book, called 'Keys to a Good Life', published in December 2015. She was also one of a selected group of experts to speak at the Empowered Divorce Summit in early 2016.

"I could never stop doing what I do," Levinson said. "This is who I am now and it is anything but a job. It is a mission, but also a total blessing, honor, and privilege. Not only do people choose to let me in to their most personal stories and trust me to keep them safe, they are now living the life they want to live."

Explaining further that her collaborate efforts with clients have been wildly successful, Levinson says that clients feel more like colleagues than anything else because they are able to join together to dynamically design results that work. Completely dedicated to her work, it is not something that she says she can only commit to during certain hours of the week because "life happens" 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Levinson literally allows clients to contact her seven days a week, at any hour. Just knowing they are no longer alone starts the healing process immediately.

"I invented the only two-hour model in the nation," she added. "My clients come to me for two-hour sessions. I believe that 50-minute sessions are not healthy and often leave the client wounded and raw for the week ahead. Two-hour sessions enable them to realize what real support and real value looks like."

Levinson is the host of several radio shows, including 'Illuminating Now! Linzi's Life Secrets' on www.Voiceamerica.com/variety, 'Linzi's Life Radio' on www.toginetradio.com, and 'Straight Up Sex Talk' on www.bbsradio.com. She is also the Relationship Coach on New York's number one AM talk radio station WOR710- 'Cyacyl.com' (Change Your Attitude, Change Your Life), which is streamed through iHeart Radio. Interviewed regularly by Joan Yuppa-Herrmann, Levinson speaks about many topics, such as self-esteem, communication, parenting, relationship, depression, technology, bullying, narcissist issues, how to let a child go off to school, and anger management, to name a few.

Levinson became a Certified Relationship Specialist (C.R.S.) in 2014, awarded by the American Psychotherapy Association. Shortly after that, she was recognized by the American Psychotherapy Association for her contributions in the field of psychology, for her ethics, innovative designs, and outstanding dedication; she was honored with the highest level of achievement by receiving the distinguished Diplomate Status (DAPA). Levinson is also certified in Conflict Resolution and Mediation with a Specialization in Divorce Court and Family Law through Pepperdine School of Law's Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution since 2013. As a Doctoral Candidate, Levinson maintained a 4.0 as she hit the halfway mark to the completion of her PhD in Organizational Psychology. She remains passionate about higher education and specializes in neuropsychology, and neuroimmunology.

An active philanthropist supporting three special children for over 10 years, Levinson supports St. Jude's as an active monthly partner for over a decade, along with supporting Make-A-Wish foundation and Stand Up2Cancer. She applied to be accepted into the program to be a Bone-Marrow Donor, and after going through the necessary steps, she was thrilled to find out that she was accepted.

Levinson's favorite philanthropic contribution was in Thailand; while traveling with her son on a luxurious vacation, they spent time with the kids contributing days at the Home & Life Orphanage in Phuket.

"This was absolutely transformational and the best part of the trip; literally magical," Levinson said.

Levinson gives credit to Chris Hill and 'Hands Up Holidays' for introducing her to the concept of integrating luxurious travel with philanthropy, adding, "This company finds the perfect fit for one's travel desires and a philanthropic adventure that can be integrated as part of the vacation. How fabulous is that?"
