Eagle Arts Academy Announces Their New Boca Raton Campus

The Wayne Barton Study Center to gain new life during the school day.

BOCA RATON, FL, October 23, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Eagle Arts Academy is pleased to announce that they have found a viable location for their Boca Raton campus. As the second largest county in the State of Florida in terms overall square mileage, Palm Beach County locations can be inconvenient for its residents, especially if you're traveling daily from Boca Raton to Wellington, FL. Because of this, Eagle Arts Academy founder Gregory Blount has been seeking to expand the school's accessibility by adding another location to their repertoire.

And now they have! Within east Boca Raton is a fully furnished 22,000 square foot building known as the Wayne Barton Study Center. Started in 1992, the Wayne Barton Study Center originated at the behest of then-police chief Wayne Barton. When the program quickly outgrew its accommodations, a building specifically designed for the program was built, becoming today's Wayne Barton Study Center.

However, because this fully furnished educational center isn't in use during the school day, the Principal of Delray-based Atlantic Commercial Group, Inc., Gary Broidis, has agreed to sign a long-term lease with Eagle Arts Academy for use of the facilities as their Boca Raton campus. Ideally located just off of Federal Highway (US 1) and less than ¼ mile from Glades Road, this 2.5-acre location can easily serve as both a school campus and a study center for the youth of Palm Beach County.

Eagle Arts Academy Charter School for the Arts is a public, non-profit charter school that focuses on combining the arts in its core curriculum through a special, 21st-century program called Artademixs.
