Open Letter to Hillary Rodham Clinton

    SANTA FE, NM, November 23, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- You can still save the Republic.

However, the time is short and the chances are slim. And yet, both The U.S. Constitution and our election laws allow you to take two steps that might rescue America from a very real threat to its democracy.

Step One -- Start an Electoral College revolt in favor of Bernie Sanders.
Ask all your pledged Electors to vote for Bernie Sander. This is totally legal. In describing the process by which the Electors cast their votes, The U.S. Constitution allows you to do this. It does this by using the word "persons" rather than "candidates." in describing who an Elector may "enter on the ballot" in the Electoral College.

As we now know, this past election was a populist one. You, Madam Secretary, as the "establishment candidate" were not able to beat the Right's populist candidate. Only the Left's populist candidate, Bernie Sanders, could have done that.

If all your Electors were to cast their votes, Senator Sanders would be only 39 votes from the presidency. Senator Sanders is far more popular with Electors that are insisting on a truly independent candidate. Once all of your 232 Electors voted for Bernie, many of those Electors pledged to Trump might well vote for Sanders.

Step Two -- Call for a Forensic Vote Audit in Wisconsin.
If exit polls are accurate in the US as they are in the rest of the world, many elections here may have been hacked. The validity of this election has been called into question by mainstream news sources. Even the FBI warned election agencies to be on the lookout for electronic hacking of their voting systems.

This issue goes far beyond this election. We are looking at possible espionage on a grand scale. We beg you -- use Wisconsin's election laws that allow for a post election audit when requested and paid for by a candidate. As the Democrat's Candidate, you can insist on verifying the security of the U.S. voting system. There are too many questions when it comes to Trump's relationship with Putin and successful attempts by Russian hackers to penetrate our election systems.

We now know you missed your chance to include "The Presidency" to your resume. But, if you were to take these steps, you could add "Protector of American Democracy."
