For Somera, Michael Fralin will focus on advising the company on legal matters, including deal structure, transaction execution and litigation. Mr. Fralin's firm will also support the Company's growing asset management business. In addition, Michael Fralin has substantial in-house experience garnered from serving as a business lawyer at a publicly traded investment bank, a real estate investment trust and a franchise. Somera Road Inc. will incur substantial benefits from Mr. Fralin and his firm's advice and counsel.
