"Customers can visit any of our 150 stores and get the same friendly, convenient service."
SYOSSET, NY, March 13, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Pay-O-Matic, New York's largest and most convenient check casher, is taking its message to the airwaves with a radio campaign that launches Monday, March 13, 2017.
The campaign, which features a rotation of five radio spots, will air on 77 WABC, New York's iconic news-talk radio station; and WNBM 103.9 FM, New York's best mix of R&B. In addition, there will be live reads featuring on-air personalities Curtis Sliwa of WABC, and LaLoca and Marc Clarke of WNBM. The two stations are among the flagship properties of Cumulus Media.
"We're excited about our partnership with Cumulus," said Barb Wolf, CMO & Head of Retail Operations, Pay-O-Matic Corporation. "With WABC and WNBM, we can reach our customers throughout their day, wherever they are.
Delivering unsurpassed convenience
"If there's one thing every New Yorker wants, it's convenience and a great experience," Wolf noted. "And that's exactly what you'll find at a Pay-O-Matic location. Pay-O-Matic has more stores throughout the New York metro area than any other check casher--we're the only one with stores in all five boroughs, plus Westchester and Long Island.
"Customers can visit any of our 150 stores and get the same friendly, convenient service," continued Wolf. "Their information is in our system, so no matter which store they visit, our store teams will know who they are and what they need."
Pay-O-Matic customers can do a great deal more than cash checks--they can take advantage of a wide array of convenient services including bill payments, money transfers, money orders and prepaid debit cards. Many stores are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so customers can take care of their financial transactions at their own convenience.
The Cumulus stations are an ideal fit for Pay-O-Matic, Wolf pointed out, because WABC afternoon host Sliwa is a devoted Pay-O-Matic customer. "Curtis has been cashing his checks at our stores and using our many convenient services for years," said Wolf. "Now he can share his enthusiasm with his millions of listeners."
Pay-O-Matic is New York's largest provider of check cashing services, handling more than 19 million transactions annually. Founded in 1958, Pay-O-Matic has grown to 150 stores throughout the New York metropolitan area, with 51 locations in Brooklyn, 42 stores in the Bronx, 33 locations in Queens, 20 stores in Manhattan and four locations on Long Island. Pay-O-Matic locations offer check cashing and a portfolio of convenient services including bill payments, money transfers, money orders and prepaid debit cards. Pay-O-Matic is a neighborhood financial services provider and a proud member of the community. For more information, visit www.payomatic.com
