UNION, NJ, April 07, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Springtime is a time of rebirth and renewal, and Oasis-Church-NJ.com, a six year old non-denominational church, is back on the Route 22 corridor in Springfield after a number of years of starting new churches in Union and Middlesex Counties. On Easter Sunday, April 16th, at 10am, Oasis warmly invites Central NJ residents to celebrate services at its awesome meeting place at the brand new Hilton Garden Inn at 304 RT 22 West in Springfield. After Easter, the church will continue meeting weekly in the state of the art Oasis Ballroom at the Hilton Sundays 10AM. For more information go to the website at Oasis-Church-NJ.com or call 732-406-7821.

According to David Butler, Oasis lead pastor, "Easter Sunday is going to be a great 1 hour family friendly all live service that celebrates the resurrection of Jesus with upbeat music from our band, personal stories and a heartfelt message of hope. The kids are going to love it too because there will be an Easter story from the Bible, crafts, games and singing. Afterwards, guests will have the opportunity to get family pics from our 'wandering photographers.'"

Oasis Church actually held services at this exact address 5 years ago, but had to leave when the hotel that used to be on the property went out of business. The property remained dormant for several years, until Hilton started a multi-million dollar renovation at the location. During that time, Oasis moved to Scotch Plains, grew and started other churches at a cinema in South Plainfield, and at Rutgers in New Brunswick Today Rutgers.Church, also known as ROC, meets Sundays 12 Noon, right in the heart of the Rutgers University main campus at 100 College Avenue in New Brunswick.

So how did Oasis Church end up back at 304 RT 22 West at the exquisite Hilton Garden Inn in Springfield? "It's definitely a God thing," Butler explained. "Last September, the Regal Hadley Cinema in South Plainfield informed us that we had to move the church out of that location because of renovations. After scurrying around unsuccessfully for a suitable place to meet, we decided to bring our South Plainfield and Scotch Plains churches together, pending finding a place with more seating and parking."

"And then it happened," Butler exclaimed, "One day in December one of our leaders was driving by the hotel, and came back to me and said,"You're not going to believe what name they are putting on the hotel. There are big signs with the name "Oasis" all over it!"

With that knowledge, Butler stated he popped by the hotel to see if management would be willing to rent to the church. "I explained to them that I was from Oasis Church, and that we had actually rented at this address before. The hotel had named their large, amazing wedding banquet room Oasis, and had no knowledge of our church ever being here!"

"I relayed to them the story of our journey, and told them I thought God evidently wanted us back here." A week or so later the hotel contacted the church and informed them they would be more than happy to accommodate renting space since they had researched the church and were impressed with all the community outreach they do to help others in the area.

In line with the church's All Things New theme for 2017, Butler stated the church considers Easter Sunday as the beginning of a new church launch.

Butler stated his message to the community is simple: "Oasis Church has been through a lot of adversity over its short history, but I know that is nothing compared to what many individuals and families have gone through, and are going through. So if you are looking for hope and renewal and second starts, I want to warmly invite you and your family and friends to Oasis Church this Easter. We are a church that wants to compassionately share Jesus and His love with others. We are not a perfect church, we are not fancy, but we are real. I promise you that you will be safe here, and that folks here will love you the best they can, with all the love Jesus has offered us. Welcome to Oasis Church."

Oasis-Church-NJ.com is a contemporary, multicultural, multi-site New Jersey Christian church that celebrates Sunday services in Union and Middlesex Counties.
