New Fail-Safe Actuator for Swagelok's 83 Series Ball Valve

This light and compact actuator features a spring return fail-safe which closes the valve when its power is lost. The fail-safe actuator was specifically designed for Swagelok's 83 series instrumentation ball valve, which has a pressure rating up to 10,000 psi. The design concept was inspired by the need for quick emergency valve shut off and quick opening afterwards to restore operation.
