Andrew feels like he has a great deal to celebrate in light of the recent achievements and company developments, but insists he will not become complacent, noting how he is feeling more motivated now than ever before. "Now is not the time to get comfortable. If anything, having seen the results of my continued efforts, I feel the most motivated I've ever been," he said.
