BIRMINGHAM, AL, July 01, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- RID spoken words is branding "Unlock These Handcuffs." Experiencing pains and struggles is a difficult task, but not taking action can cause brokenness. Brokenness causes stress and anxiety, which society defines as a mental illness.

Consciousness is the only way to restore sanity, which means whole. Whole is being able to function physically, mentally, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. RID spoken words is here to restore these main factors in life. It is not a mental illness it is brokenness.

RID spoken words was created by Veronica Perkins in 2015. In addition to RID, I started writing poetry in 2012. Unlock These Handcuffs is my life story about all the difficult things I have experienced.
