From there, he obtained various positions as an otolaryngologist at Chung-Ang University Hospital, Anyang Hospital, and the Koh Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic, where he worked just prior to opening his practice.
An alumnus of Chung-Ang University, Dr. Kim holds an MD, as well as a Master of Science and PhD in pathology. In order to remain current with industry trends, he affiliates himself with the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, the Korean Society of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, the Korean Society of Thyroid-Head and Neck Surgery, the Korean Society of Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, the Korean Audiological Society, the Korean Association of Otorhinolaryngologists, and many others.
During the course of more than two decades in the healthcare field, Dr. Kim has been able to contribute his extensive knowledge to a variety of professional articles on topics such as vertigo due to Eustachian tube dysfunction, the history of Eustachian tube catheterization, headache due to Eustachian tube obstruction, and the reciprocal causal relationship between laryngopharyngeal reflux and Eustachian tube obstruction.
