He is currently a senor advisor to Mercer Leadership Development.
A graduate of Wesleyan University, Dr. Rhinesmith holds Master's and Ph.D. degrees from the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh. His professional affiliations include the American Society for Training and Development, as well as the Council of Foreign Relations. Throughout his career, he has contributed his plethora of knowledge through his writings including "Bring Home the World: A Management Guide to Community Leaders of International Programs," "A Manager's Guide to Globalization: Six Skills for Success in a Changing World," and "Head Heart and Guts: How the World's Best Companies Develop Complete Leaders," which he co-authored in 2006.
In addition to his impressive status in the field of global leadership, he has been recognized many times with awards for his professional accomplishments. Since the late 1980s, Dr. Rhinesmith has been featured in 27 editions of Who's Who in America, 11 editions of Who's Who in the World, 15 editions of Who's Who in the East, and three editions of Who's Who in Finance and Business.
