Charlottesville And The Jewish Struggle with Hatred, Prejudice, And Violence - Joseph Ganci, Author Of New Spiritual Book, 'Gideon: The Sound And The Glory,' Issues Statement

In Ganci's innovative and highly praised novel, book lovers find themselves in the very midst of ancient conflicts, only to be swept away with an entirely fresh perspective on mystical teachings found in scripture - now living lessons.

WILMINGTON, NC, September 10, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Charlottesville served as a demonstration - of two very different kinds. First, there was a show by Nazis. In America. In 2017. Could we ever unsee those wild-eyed demonstrators, marching through town with the chants of "Jews will never replace us" and "Seig Heil" echoing through the streets? Certainly, Hitler would have been proud.

It was also a smack-in-the-face, an evident demonstration that things have not really changed in thousands of years. The struggles of the Jewish people did not begin, nor did they end with Nazi Germany. It began many centuries before. It continues to this day.

Charlottesville showed us that we, even in the year 2017, are still whistling in the graveyard of unrealized human potential. Joseph Ganci, the author of 'Gideon, The Sound, And The Glory,' recently issued a statement that shows us very little social progress is evident in the last three thousand years.

"Israel, which today is represented by the last organized tribe," Ganci stated. "Judah, or commonly known as the Jews. They have survived as a people over the course of four millennia. The Jewish community has been the mainstay of acceptance and tolerance, and a corner stone of the highest ideals of democratic virtues-especially in the realm of religious freedom of expression. The Jews were and are stalwart defenders of the civil rights movement. Why are we allowing our fellow citizens and veterans forced to suffer violence and hatred? If we do not stand up in such opposition are we all but giving a passive permission? Are we not in fact heaping upon them unwarranted fear and misgiving, for both them and their children? These are prevalent and unfortunate attitudes. We even have to look past the Holocaust, past Shakespeare, and to their very roots in ancient history. Israel is God's chosen people, and the glory of God is intelligence. I believe that the divine spark of intellect is the Hebrew legacy. Knowledge is power, and so the Jews are feared, mistrusted, and mistreated - making the ignorant arrogant, and violently vicious. This attitude is always spearheaded by a cruel tyrant with a low self-esteem out to prove that he is all-powerful. In other words, we wrestle against spiritual wickedness in high places."

"The king spiced his political courting with the enticement of glory and spoil, saying, 'I predict a beneficial outcome of lasting victory to our joint venture. This campaign will ensure the complete domination of our common foe so that Israel as a military force will be no more. We will gain the free labor of slaves, the one essential component necessary for the expansion of our empire.' The princes of Midian nodded in agreement, encouraging the Jabin to continue spinning his web of conspiracy. 'We could make secure, once and for all, the fertile valley of Jezreel. With its plentiful bounty, we could supply many ranks of iron wagons, feeding their legions of swordsmen, spearmen, and archers. This strategic center-place of strength is like the hub of a wheel, the spokes of which extend out to the tribes in the north and those to the south. We could easily wreak havoc in all the unorganized Hebrew tribes and, once again, enslave them.'

"We will return them to the familiar misery of their slavery, and those who refuse the rod and the yoke will be readily put to the sword--man, woman, or child. This will surely put an end to their growth as a nation and will bring them back into line so that we can bend them to our will now - and for all-time."
