He represents business entities, government agencies, and individuals in civil litigation dealing in matters regarding corporate and real estate finance, contracts, land use, and business torts. Mr. Messina graduated from the Southwestern Law School with a Juris Doctor in 1993. Mr. Messina has served as a member of multiple organizations. He has acted as a member of the private sector of the Federal Bar Association since 2013 and has held the title of Master of the Bench of the Southwest Inn at the American Inns of Court since 2013. He has been the president of the Orange County Reserve Peace Officers Association since 2009 and has been a member of the board of directors of Coastal Family Therapy since 2004. He has also acted as a member of the board of directors of the Sheriff's Youth Foundation of Los Angeles County since 1994. In addition, he was the first General Counsel to the National Latino Police Officers Association and held that position from 1994 to 2004.
