Studio Europa LEICHT, San Diego's exclusive LEICHT dealer, was voted best United States kitchen among 380 projects submitted from 28 countries. They worked hand-in-hand with their client to deliver a sophisticated and timeless kitchen. Interior design and architecture skillfully compliment each other in the spacious, open design. Living, dining and kitchen areas flow beautifully into each other, while material and color selections bring harmony, functionality and elegance. The open, bright kitchen and dining area feature modern European cabinets from LEICHT.

About the Global Kitchen Design Competition

The Global Kitchen Design competition, organized by LEICHT, honors kitchens whose planning and features are compelling and inspirational in a unique way. The winners were determined through online voting that was carried out by more than 1,000 LEICHT kitchen advisers and architects.

The awards ceremony took place as part of the LEICHT Design Show on October 20th, 2018 in Waldstetten Germany. LEICHT welcomed 700 national and international guests as well as various culinary celebrities to the event. The ceremony was accompanied by an elaborate stage show, culinary delights and other exciting entertainment.
