ISITC Announces New Chair and Officers for 2019-2020 Term

Lisa Iagatta, Director of Account Management for Investment Services at Fiserv, will serve as the next Chair of the organization through 2020.



    HILLSBOROUGH, NJ, December 17, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ -- ISITC, the industry trade group focused on developing standards and best practices in financial services operations, today announced that Lisa Iagatta, Director of Account Management for Investment Services at Fiserv, will serve as the next Chair of the organization through 2020. Ms. Iagatta assumes the Chair position from Erica Borghi, who completed a two-year term in December 2018.

Most recently, Ms. Iagatta served as Vice Chair for the 2017-2018 term and has served as a co-chair on ISITC's Reconciliation Working Group since 2012. Ms. Iagatta has held numerous elected positions on the Board of Directors, including executive sponsor for the Reconciliation and Reference Data Working Groups and the Vendor Forum (2014) and Treasurer (2016). As a member of the investment community for more than 20 years, Ms. Iagatta has deep experience in front, back, and middle office operations. She has been with Fiserv since 2010, and previously held operational management roles at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, Eaton Vance Management International and Putnam Investments.

Iagatta will address ISITC members at the 25th Annual Securities Operations Summit on March 24-27 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Boston. The event titled "Disrupting Financial Services: Charting the Course" will cover themes such as emerging technologies, regulation, and data management, among many others. Over 300 industry professionals attend the event, which is organized to facilitate industry-wide collaboration and represents all constituencies, including investment managers, broker/dealers, custodians, utilities, and vendors.

ISITC also announced three new officers, which include Kristin Hochstein of Refinitiv, formerly the Financial and Risk business of Thomson Reuters, as First Vice Chair, Rich Robinson of Bloomberg as Second Vice Chair, and Bryan Vivaldo of Vanguard as Treasurer. Salome Winge of Northern Bank will continue to serve as Secretary.
