(ARMA), was selected to participate in Cohort 6, of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Baltimore program. Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses is a $500 million investment to help small businesses create jobs and economic opportunity by providing them with greater access to business education, financial capital, and business support services.

We provide end-to-end solutions and talent with the ability to augment enterprise infrastructure work force requirements for different IT and telecommunication resource needs integrating people, processes, systems, data and technology.

The Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses is a premier program for small businesses that links learning to action. Entrepreneurs will participate in more than 120 hours of in-class training at Johns Hopkins University, through a business and management curriculum that covers accounting, negotiation and marketing, human resources and one-on-one business advice especially in the finance and legal area. In addition, they will receive the tools and professional support they need to develop strategic and customized business growth plan that will take their company top the next level.

A consortium of local program partners, which includes the Johns Hopkins University, Morgan University and the Community College of Baltimore County, coordinates the 10,000 Small Businesses Baltimore program implementation. The curriculum is designed and co-developed in partnership with Babson College, the national leader in entrepreneurship education.

To date, nationally, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses has reached more than 7,000 small business owners across 14 U.S. education sites. Approximately 70 percent of businesses that complete the program report increasing their revenues just six months after graduating, and approximately 50 percent of participants report creating a net increase in jobs in that same time period.
