The first project, located in Houston, Texas, was two residential investment property deals that received total funding of $300,000. With this, the client was able to transition their current higher interest bridge loans into permanent financing. In addition, the client received some limited cash out for repairs and expenses.
The second property is located in Royal Oak, Michigan. The project entailed a refinance into permanent attractive financing (30-year amortization) with some limited cash out. The client was able to retire current short-term debt with the new $307,300 loan funded by CMN.
The third transaction, a loan of $1,050,000, was a distressed refinance of an existing bridge note into long-term financing. The client is an established investment property owner and the project is located in Spring, Texas.
