MINNEAPOLIS, MN, February 13, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The city of Maple Grove has long been a suburban oasis that offers unparalleled outdoor recreation, family activities and access to retail and dining options. Centra Homes President Dale Wills says that the target market for the homes will be growing families who seek suburban living, city amenities and convenient access to downtown Minneapolis.

The project includes multiple offerings for buyers depending on personal preference and timeline. Two of the homes in the development are complete and move-in ready while several additional homes are under construction and expected to be completed in the coming months. In addition, several lots are available for buyers who seek to select the exterior colors and interior finishes for their new Centra home.
Move-up and Trade-up
With a target market of move-up buyers, Centra is coordinating the Lakeview homes offer with a new program to help make upgrading even less intimidating. The Centra Trade-up Program allows families to sell their current home to Centra in a coordinated transaction with the purchase of their new home. Wills says this will help buyers avoid the hassle of coordinating close dates, moving twice or other common complications.
"Growing families are busy and the logistics and timing of a sale and purchase together can be a challenge," says Wills, "our new program offers a guaranteed sales price and a turnkey solution."
Interested buyers should select their new Centra Home and then set up a meeting with a Sales Consultant for about an hour in their current home. Following that meeting they'll receive a guaranteed offer and have seven days to complete the contract on the new home.
